Wine DOMAINE PETROLO - Trebbiano from Valdarno has been known for its quality for 300 years, when it was sent to the Popes in Rome and to the Florentine court. Bòggina Bianco was created in 2014 in homage to the famous white wines from the Valdarno. Boggina Bianco from the Petrolo estate is a pure Trebbiano Tuscan white, made from selected grapes grown on vines planted in the 1970s at Petrolo in the Poggio? vineyard and from the most recently planted vines, taken from the original stock, grown in the Bòggina vineyard. Harvest is done by hand and grape selection is carried out on sorting tables. Lees ageing lasts for 15 months in French barrels specially selected by Lucien Le Moine. On the palate, this white wine is powerful with a good freshness.
