70cl / 52.2% - The third batch of ex-bourbon cask-matured single malt from west London distillery Bimber is a fruit-forward whisky with a sweet edge. Aromas of green apples, dried apricots, milky cereal, vanilla sponge cake and coconut fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla, caramel, orchard fruits, baked apricots, peppery spice and charred oak throughout the palate.
