BIB Stéphane Brocard - la Closerie des Alisiers - This gem perfectly expresses the character of the grape variety. The white fleshy fruits are perfectly highlighted on the nose which invites us to discover its roundness and dried fruit aromas, its freshness, its minerality and above all this magnificent tension at the end of the palate!
