San Rafael is a VOS designated Sherry blended from old Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez soleras. The result is a harmonious combination of nuttiness combined with a very appealing medium-sweet palate with the PX adding that edge of acidity to ensure a fresh and long finish. Mahogany in colour with aromas of dried fruit, nuts, plums and raisins, against subtle background of noble oak. Syrupy and smooth on the palate. Long finish allowing a full appreciation of the elegant qualities of old oloroso.
