Auchroisk 13 Year Old 2012 is a richly sherried Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for the acclaimed Infrequent Flyers series. Distilled in 2012 and matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead (#9088), this limited release was bottled in 2026 at a natural 56.8% ABV, with just 333 bottles available worldwide.
Known for its clean, fruity, and gently malty spirit, Auchroisk is beautifully complemented by the luxurious influence of Pedro Ximénez sherry oak. The single hogshead imparts generous layers of raisins, dates, dark chocolate, treacle, and warming spice while preserving the distillery’s bright orchard fruit character. Bottled at natural cask strength without chill-filtration or added colour, this is a beautifully balanced whisky that combines bold sherry richness with classic Speyside elegance.
