Wine ADRIEN VACHER - This pale yellow wine with crystalline reflections presents a slight pearl typical of the Jacquère grape variety. On the palate, mineral notes predominate, the very expression of the terroir. It is a fresh, lively wine, like the mountains, which leaves discreet floral and fruity aromas mainly grapefruit on the palate. Its freshness is very appreciated as an aperitif but this wine will also be sublimated with oysters, seafood or even on lake and river fish for its minerality, in addition to classic mountain dishes.
