Wine Château Paloumey - Situated between the Crus Classés of Château La Lagune and Château Cantemerle, Château Paloumey has been in full resurgence since Martine Cazeneuve took the reins in the 1990s. The Château's second wine, Ailes de Paloumey, is a product of the youngest vines and a blend that's richer in Merlot than the main wine. This fruit-accented vintage is a pleasant, savoury wine... The Cabernet Sauvignon offers lovely tannic complexity, while the Merlot lends wonderful aromas of red fruits... A great success, ready to drink right now!
