75cl / 13% - This Chardonnay comes from the family-run Zephyr vineyard in Marlborough, which was founded in 1985 and specialises in aromatic wines. Here, notes of oak spice, pear, lemon and flint are accompanied by good structure and fine texture. This is an excellent match for seafood dishes such as crab ravioli and shellfish bisque.
