Wine Yjar - The legendary Yjar cuvée is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano and other grapes from 3.8 hectares of selected plots in the Remelluri vineyards. The fruit of a difficult year of frost, Yjar 2020 is more fragrant, peppery and spicy. It offers mezcal-like aromas of chalk, pepper and herbs, with hints of cedar and cocoa powder. The ultra-refined tannins move carefully through the medium-bodied palate, with great juiciness and a long, polished finish. A wine of unique refinement.
