75cl / 12% - This small grower in Champagne has vineyards spread over seven hectares in 10 villages in the Marne which they work sustainably. The vineyards and cellars was passed from father to son and they have been producing Champagne since 1933. On the nose aromas of pear and apple come though with a hint of dried porcini. The palate has notes of baked apple and has a long rich finish. Try pairing this with roast pork.
