?Highly aromatic, with notes of grapefuit, apricot and orange sorbet. On the palate, it brims with zesty herbs and spices, alongside more rounded bakery and white chocolate notes. In texture, it is broad, rounded and silky, with well-integrated acidity and a fresh finish. This has good potential for further ageing. Martín Códax Vindel was born out of extreme viticulture, aimed at finding a well-drained vineyard with low fertility, that would result in a very low yield and Albariño grapes of unique quality. The wine was launched to coincide with the centenary of the appearance of the "Pergamino Vindel", the only manuscript that reveals the secret of the original lyrics and music of the songs of the joglar (minstrel), Martín Códax.
