This charismatic and mysterious white is a blend of old bush-vine fruit, which has been allowed to ferment naturally in French oak barrels before each parcel is blended to form the final wine. Watch out for aromas of jasmine, stone fruit and crushed granite which precede a palate of real breadth. Rich in crunchy red apple flesh with a lifted tangerine tang on the generously textural finish. Its exotic bouquet make it a perfect partner for all foods Asian.
