70cl / 57.1% - A 2010 Tormore single malt from indie bottler Watt Whisky, matured in a hogshead for 10 years and rested in an ex-Islay whisky cask for three months before being bottled in 2021. The palate offers notes of dry ash, medicinal herbs, olive oil, grassy and fresh cream that linger in the finish.
