70cl / 52.3% / Hidden Spirits - A 2011 Tomintoul single malt from Hidden Spirits that was matured in a refill sherry cask for 11 years, before being bottled in 2022. Aromas of dark red apples, creamy fudge, freshly-baked sponge cake with fondant icing, dates, milk chocolate and golden honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of rich cocoa, honey, candied citrus, vanilla pods, cinnamon, peach, caramel and spiced apples throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
