A mineral-driven nose, with black fruits and notes of star anise and black pepper. Stains the palate with intense, spice-accented blackberry and bitter cherry flavours, developing sweetness as it opens up. Silky tannins give shape and grip to the long, focused, mineral-accented finish. Winemaker notes
