75cl / 12.5% - Staddle stone is derived from Old English ‘stathol’, meaning foundation or support. A series of these staddle stones demarcate the boarder of this Chardonnay vineyard. The wine is aged in french oak barrels for 10 months and has a little tank fermented wine added to keep the freshness. It delivers vibrant apple and citrus flavours on the palate, complemented by a creamy texture and a well-integrated oak finish.
