Bachelor's Block effortlessly blends precise picking times to preserve freshness and avoid any over the top ripeness. In the winery, whole bunch natural yeast fermentation is followed by extended time in fine French oak (300l and 30% of that is new oak), yielding a wine with power, finesse and a wonderful savoury freshness.
