The best part of having great relationships with our winemakers is that we get a craft bespoke blends with their best parcels of fruit. So, when we told Natale Gagliardo that we were looking to create a lightly oaked Californian Chardonnay, he sent us three options to play around with, and from this the Vinitor was born! A bespoke blend made by pairing together 3 different parcels in the perfect proportions, to balance fresh tropical, citrus and stone fruits with a touch of buttery richness and hints of nutty, vanilla imbued oak.
