Argued by many to be the Cape’s top Chenin Blanc. A rich, toasty, deliciously fresh white from ultra low-yielding old bush vines. Barrel fermented and aged, this wine has biscuity, toasty flavours, and great acidity which gives a freshness and depth and just a hint of sweetness on the finish.
