This is a wine we selected from the 2021 vintage. It is simply the very best vat of Cinsault from the harvest. We decided to bottle it as a single wine, rather than blend it with other varieties or components, such was the deliciousness of the red berry fruit concentration, the lovely soft tannins and the slight crunch to the finish that keeps it all in balance and ensures that your palate is kept engaged and ready for your next sip. A slippery red that can be enjoyed at room temperature or with the edge taken off by popping in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
