The name comes from the winemaker's latest obsession, the rearing of big black pigs for making his very own version of Iberico bellota ham. Using fruit sourced from his personal contacts in the Clare Valley, winemaker Steve Grimley has produced a smooth, mouth-filling wine. A revelation if you're more used to the thumping, ostentatious style typical of the more traditional Barossa fare.
