These premium Octave™ whiskies have been held in sherry casks to intensify their flavours and add a new dimension to their flavour profiles, bringing out the very best in each rare dram. Bottled at cask strength there was 90 bottles created of this stunningly presented whisky.
Octave™ casks are approximately 1/8th the size of a butt and each one creates around 80 to 100 bottles.
These rare and exceptional whiskies are presented in luxury packaging befitting their provenance and are limited in numbers.

Tasting Notes
Nose - Beautifully complex with herbal, menthol and stewed berries to the fore.
Palate - Waxy with sweet fruits and oak. More berries and a hint of pink grapefruit. Red apples and sweet spices coat the mouth.
Finish - Long and warming with spiced oak flavours lingering.
