At the foot of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, the Terre di Serrapetrona agricultural estate extends for 66 hectares, of which about 20 are dedicated to viticulture.
From their vineyards located in the Monti Azzurri's Community, they produce this Pecorino Sauvignon. This wine is perfectly balanced, well structured and underlines the best qualities of both grapes: perfumed and minerals notes. We suggest pairing it with shellfishes, white meat and veg dishes.
"The 2019 Terre di Serrapetrona Unbianco from the Graidi family (winemakers for four generations) is a deliciously uplifting half ‘n’ half blend of Sauvignon Blanc and indigenous Pecorino (yes, yes, clever clogs, the grape not the cheese). Soft, smooth, lemony, spicy, herbal and slightly creamy, it makes a first class aperitif." Jonathan Ray, The Spectator
