3cl / 52.5% / The Perfect Measure - A Perfect Measure sample bottle of wonderfully mature rhum agricole, sourced from Bielle distillery in Guadeloupe. This bottling by Tamosi is named after a constellation used by the navigators of the Kalinago people, the original inhabitants of what is now known as the Lesser Antilles. Aged for three years in oak and then rested in a large oak vat for a further seven, it strikes a nice balance classic agricole grassiness, tropical fruit and spice.
