A malt whisky bottled only once a year due to the scarcity of specific spirits and the complexity of the double maturation process. The whisky undergoes a second maturation in casks previously holding Oloroso sherry. The experience is older, sweeter and richer than the regular bottlings, full of sultana-sweetness; try with chocolate.
