Wine CASTELL D'ENCUS - Produced from vineyards at very high altitude, above 1,000 metres, in the Pyrenees this exceptional Taleia wine is based mostly on Sauvignon Blanc but also includes 20% Semillon, making a blend that's aged for 9 months in vats and then in barrels. This beautiful wine has a sharp, with an intense nose with aromas of citrus, white flowers and a touch of saline minerality.
