20cl / 45.8% - Dusty and grassy with gentle smoke and a dry, mineral edge. There's a light citrus lift throughout and a hint of earthiness that ties it all together. This batch of sotol was distilled by Agustín Carillo in April 2023 in the village of El Venado, south of Nombre de Dios in Durango.
