75cl / 14.5% - This wine is made from the Gaglioppo grape which is similar to Nebbiolo in style. It has been made with wild yeasts and no added sulphites and spends four years in cement vats before release. The result is a wine packed with red fruits, delicate florals and sweet soft spices.
