Sans Terre is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from three great wine regions of France: the Loire, Bordeaux and Gascony. It’s a combination cleverly and meticulously crafted to bring out the purest Sauvignon flavours. The trio of cuvées for this grassy fresh white were carefully blended in south west France where the name Sauvignon Blanc very likely originates, from ‘sauvage blanc’, meaning ‘wild white’. This wine’s crispness comes from harvesting early morning and cool fermentation in stainless steel vats. Far from wild now, it shows all the zesty, crisp characters we love: lemon, apple, fresh-cut grass and flinty stone. You will find it perfect for sipping solo. Or enjoy with salads, panfried fish or pumpkin and sage stuffed pancakes.
