Wine Domaine du Roc de l'Abbaye - Domaine du Roc de l'Abbaye is located at the foot of the ‘Clos du Roc’ parcel in Saint-Satur. As the gateway between the Sancerrois and nearby Burgundy, it enjoys a privileged geographical position on a flinty terroir. The green harvest practised by the estate limits the yield and increases the aromatic concentration of the berries. The result is a rich, juicy, fruity wine. This intense peony-red Sancerre has firm but fine tannins, black fruits and a fresh, lingering finish.
