My favourite English Sparkler made from all three of the classic Champagne grapes – Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, this wine displays all you would expect from a top English Wine produced in the Champagne style – crisp and fresh with a fine mousse and well balanced acidity. Light gold in colour it displays subtle aromas and flavours of ripe melon, warm brioche and hazelnuts.
