75cl / 12% - Augalevada was created in 2009 and is the first biodynamic certified winery in Ribeiro. He wanted to bring back some of the ancient varieties of the region such as Agudelo and Lado which are in this blend with Treixadura. On the nose you get pear and wet stone with a tocuh of green olive and pine needles. The palate is round and full with a salted lemony tang on the finish. This is the perfect wine to partner with a big dish of fried white bait.
