This North British was distilled in 10.2007 it was allowed to mature in oak casks for 14 years and was bottled in the 08.2022 at cask strength 54.7%, with no colouring or chill filtration. It is a single cask that produced a limited amount of 325 bottles.
Duncan Taylor is renowned for the quality and breadth of its casks of single grain scotch whiskies. The whiskies are matured at their original distilleries to allow them to mature in the environment they which they were distilled in keeping as much of the distilleries character as possible, they are only bottled when they reach the optimum age and quality.
