70cl / 47.5% / Carn Mor - A 2011 Pulteney single malt from independent bottler Carn Mor that was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, previously used by Makers Mark, for 11 years, before being bottled in 2023 as part of its Strictly Limited series. The palate brings notes of orange, lemon and vanilla, with a salty, savoury maritime undercurrent that lingers in the finish.
