Part of an exciting movement of English winemakers, Poulton Hill Estate was founded in 2010 and is situated in the idyllic Cotswold countryside, near the Roman town of Cirencester and Regency spa town of Cheltenham. There 8,800 vines have been planted on the warm and sunny south-facing slopes of Poulton Hill Estate.
The Seyval Blanc, Phoenix, and Regent and Rondo grapes were harvested by hand on the estate in 2014, the juices were fermented and then blended to create this wonderful wine that is often enjoyed on long, hot summer days.
"Our rosé is a rich salmon pink in colour. It has soft, well-rounded, ripe summer fruits on the nose that lead to delicate hints of damson plum and strawberries, with a crisp, dry finish on the palate." Poulton Hill
