75cl / 12% - Pierre Legras was born in 1662 in Chouilly, the heart of the Cotes des Blancs, 11 generations later Vincent Legras started Pierre Legras Champagne and now owns 10 hectares of land mainly planted with Chardonnay. On the nose the citrus that is typical of these wines comes through with notes of lemongrass and pink grapefruit, before a lovely dry mineral finish. The palate has a lovely grip that works beautifully with monkfish or roasted chicken.
