75cl / 12% - Pierre Legras was born in 1662 in Chouilly, in the heart of the Cotes des Blancs, 11 generations later Vincent Legras started Pierre Legras Champagne and now owns 10 hectares of land mainly planted with Chardonnay. This Grand Cru rose has plenty of deep intense fruit on the palate – raspberry, lingonberry and a hint of white flowers. This is a surprisingly elegant, yet mineral wine that needs time to open in the glass.
