70cl / 40% - First matured in French oak barrels, this eau-de-vie de Cidre was finished in casks that previously held smoky whisky from the Scottish island of Islay. Aromas of peppery oak, soft smoke, thyme and dried fruit fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe apples, stewed fruits, salty sea spray, toasted oaky, black pepper, vanilla and smoke throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
