70cl / 43% - A seven-year-old blended Irish whiskey from Pearse Lyons distillery, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Aromas of oranges, cinnamon, dried fruit and sweet fruit cake fill the nose, complemented by notes of light oak, green grape, dark chocolate and caramelised pears throughout the palate.
