This 100% Petite Sirah has an inky, dark purple hue. The nose sets the stage with aromas of black fruits, fresh herbs and sweet toasted oak. The palate is loaded with blackberries and Luxardo cherries, and gives way to a long, supple finish.
Pair with braised lamb, roasted pork, mole, paella, or burgers.
