This excellent Cru Beaujolais is produced by Olivier Ravier, one of the most iconic and respected winemakers in Beaujolais and a former President of the Beaujolais growers association. Living in the heart of the Fleurie appellation, he produces wines which show great typicity from each terroir. The Fleurie Cru is one of 10 villages which produce higher quality wines with a more serious style worthy of cellaring. This wine is enjoyable now but can be cellared around 5 years.
