Tasting notes: Pear drops and brine, the nose adds honey and lemon to the complexity of the aromas, backed by hints of oak and spirit. The palate takes it another level with a smooth and easy approach delivering ginger, sponge fingers and a hint of lemon. The finish is slightly spiced with gala melon notes.
