Wine Kanakaris Winery - Notos red wine is a classic blend of two popular grape varieties that complement each other to produce a deliciously structured red wine. Merlot has adapted perfectly to the mountainous Aigialeia wine-growing region and is a perfect match for the lesser-known Mavroudi grape variety. The careful vinification of the two grape varieties produces a modern, light, Mediterranean-style red wine. The wine matures with several short micro-oxygenations, without any use of oak, which enhances its varietal aromas and freshness.
