When Penfolds said they were looking to make the white equivalent of their world famous 'Grange' classic, De Bortoli said it was too late. This wine is the reason, and is probably the finest white wine from Australia. Like Sauternes it offers lush, viscous and incredibly concentrated exotic fruit and honey flavours.
