Murray McDavid is a Scotch whisky blender and bottler, well known for their distinctive bottlings of single malt and blended Scotch whiskies; these are often finished in unusual casks, such as wine barrels or rum casks, to impart unique flavors and aromas to the whisky. This blend of single malt scotch from Auchroisk, Glentauchers and Strathmill Distilleries - all the liquid that goes into this bottling was distilled and matured within ten miles of each other. This was then matured in a unique combination of Port, PX and Oloroso Sherry casks which imparts a exceptional flavour profile.
