Since 1994, Murray McDavid have been leading the way in the art of whisky maturation; crafting exiting Scotch whisky by finishing fine spirit in great oak casks. The quarter casks from Koval Distillery are small, quickly mellowing the Dailuaine spirit to produce a creamy and sweet whisky, full of fresh flavours of vanilla, crisp apple, ripe mango, Sweet malt with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
