Situated at an altitude of 250 metres, the Mother Rock Wines’ 20 year old dry farmed bush vines grow on decomposed granite soils that create a minerality to the wines it produces. Organically farmed, the Semillon grapes that are blended to create this 2018 vintage are picked by hand early in the morning and then whole bunch pressed before oxidation takes place.
