This is a truly modern expression of German Pinot Noir. At only 12.5% ABV this is lighter than many Rosés and the colour is ravishingly pale too. But what it lacks in colour it makes up for in taste! Full of mouth-watering flavours of ripe strawberry and cherry, with a dash of spicy pepper and that trademark Pinot acidity to add a refreshing balance to the sweet fruit flavours. Think of it as the red to drink when you would normally go for a white!
