70cl / 46.1% - A small-batch mezcal from Neta, made by Candido Garcia Cruz using 100% Espadin agave. Candido uses quiotudo agave, meaning the agave has its quiote cut off before it has a chance to flower, concentrating the plant's sugars in the pina and creating a sweeter, more floral spirit.
