The Okanagan is well suited for the Burgundy style wines that Meyer Family Vineyards is known for producing. It is no surprise that winemaker, Chris Carson honed his talents making Pinot Noir in New Zealand’s Central Otago. This Pinot Noir showcases the Okanagan as a whole, as the fruit is sourced from selected pinot noir vineyards throughout the valley. A beautiful ruby red in colour, the nose is full of soft black friuts. On the palate there is an abundance of blackberries and cherries with a savoury, herbaceous note. Soft tannins add structure to the wine which has a long and fruit forward finish.
